Pilates Tailored To You


At the moment I am only offering Zoom classes.

I am very keen to provide a good level of support and supervision to everyone, so I am limiting group classes to a maximum of 4 people. All classes are 60 minutes.

Duet two people in the class
Duet – two people in the class – a pass for 6 classes
One to one lesson
One to one lesson – a pass for 6 classes

Basic equipment that is helpful for doing Pilates from home by Zoom includes:

  • A good quality yoga/Pilates mat
  • A good quality yoga/Pilates stretch band
  • One or two thin Pilates head cushions
  • A tennis ball

If you want to practise some exercises in your own time, then the book I would recommend is “The Pilates Bible” by Lynne Robinson.

As you advance to intermediate level and beyond, we might want to add some more equipment to classes to increase the challenge. These can be purchased at a reasonable cost online.
