I started doing Pilates with Andy during the lockdown via Zoom, mainly because I had been getting pain in my lower back due to being hunched over the computer screen for 8 hours a day. I was a total beginner but Andy is really patient and encouraging and was very good at demonstrating and explaining the basics of Pilates. I have found my back pain has greatly reduced and I have also improved my core strength. In addition, the classes are very relaxing and enable me to de-stress after a hard day of wall to wall Teams meetings
